It takes place at St Marys Anglican Church in Waipukurau, Hawke's Bay. The class suits over 65s with good mobility, fitness, and confidence in physical activities, though it's also open to those 55 and over who are Māori or Pasifika, or at increased fall risk if they can participate safely.
You will enjoy a social workout that builds connections while keeping you fit.
