Designed for those aged 50 and over, our Probus club offers a perfect blend of friendship and intellectual stimulation for both men and women in the community. Whether you’re a retiree or simply looking to expand your social circle, you’ll find a warm welcome here. There’s no entry fee for visitors—simply introduce yourself at the door, and we’ll take care of the rest. For members, the annual subscription is just $25, covering the calendar year.

Imagine spending 90 minutes immersed in meaningful conversations and fascinating topics. Each meeting kicks off with a welcome and club announcements, followed by a 10-minute member talk on a personal interest or experience, sparking lively Q&A sessions. After a refreshing morning tea break ☕, a guest speaker presents on a current topic for 30-40 minutes, with time for engaging discussions. Our special March meeting includes the AGM and the cherished Evan Thomas Memorial Debate, featuring talented student debaters from Kapiti and Paraparaumu College.
