💃 Dance Fit is a vibrant, low-impact dance class that will get you moving to music in a fun, social atmosphere. This Level 3 class is perfect for active adults with good mobility, fitness levels, and confidence in physical activities.

Join instructor Felicity Mardon at All Saints Church in Taradale for a class that combines rhythm, movement, and exercise in one enjoyable package.

  • Cost: $7 per class
  • Location: All Saints Church, 23 Puketapu Road, Taradale, Napier
  • Who can join: Open to anyone 65+ (55+ for Māori and Pasifika) or those at increased risk of falling who can safely participate
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothes (track pants, shorts, tights) and supportive shoes or trainers
