It starts and ends with seated exercises, then moves to standing ones by chairs and optional walking around the hall. Activities include strength work, balance practice, flexibility, mobility, posture, breathing, and eye movements, all set to music. This setup makes it a bit more active than similar classes, and it's great for staying independent.
