What Happens at This Session

Youth and adults gather for focused martial-arts training that blends traditional Shaolin Kung Fu techniques with fitness and self-defence practice. Sessions open with warm-up drills before moving into forms, footwork, and controlled partner work. Coaches provide hands-on guidance so everyone can refine movement and build confidence at their own pace. 🥋

The group suits teens and adults who want to improve coordination, strength, and focus. This session runs weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, giving consistent opportunities to progress without needing prior experience.
