🧠 Improve your strength and balance with our gentle, physiotherapy-based exercises at Maryhill Presbyterian Church. Perfect for seniors and those with limited mobility who want to regain confidence and stability.

This friendly, weekly one-hour class includes seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders from Age Concern Otago. The programme has been specifically designed for those who may use walking aids, have reduced strength, or feel unsure about physical activities.

While designed primarily for those over 65, we welcome anyone at risk of falling. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and take breaks as needed.
