Description of SeniorFit+ Active Ageing Classes | Stanmore Bay

💪 SeniorFit+ is an energetic fitness class designed specifically for active seniors (65+ years) with good mobility and fitness levels. This Level 3 class combines resistance and cardio training that may include movements getting up and down from the floor.

Perfect for older adults who want to maintain their strength, mobility and independence. Classes are held at Stanmore Bay Pool and Leisure Centre in Whangaparāoa.
