🧠 Steady As You Go© is a fun and social strength and balance exercise programme designed specifically for older adults at Botany Library in East Tāmaki. These gentle exercises progressively increase balance and muscle mass, making them perfect for seniors wanting to maintain or improve their mobility.

This programme is ideal for those with limited mobility (Level 1), including people who use walking aids, have reduced strength or balance, or feel unsure about physical activities.
