Why try hydrotherapy?
- 🏊♀️ Reduced impact on joints - Water supports up to 90% of your body weight
- ❤️ Improved circulation - Warm water helps blood flow to muscles and tissues
- 💪 Gentle strength building - Water provides natural resistance without strain
- 🧠 Stress reduction - The combination of warm water and gentle movement releases tension
Hydrotherapy at Whangarei Aquatic Centre is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Our Introduction class ensures you'll gain confidence in the water while learning techniques you can use during public sessions or before progressing to more advanced classes.
Many participants find that regular hydrotherapy helps with managing chronic conditions, improves sleep quality, and provides a supportive social environment to make exercise enjoyable rather than a chore.
