💪 FABS: Fitness, Agility, Balance & Strength - A specially designed class for Kiwi seniors looking to improve overall fitness and strength in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
This moderate intensity workout focuses on four key areas critical for maintaining independence and wellbeing as we age. Suitable for those with reasonable to good mobility (Level 2-3).
