Join the SAYGo Strength and Balance Class in ManaiaThis class offers a supportive way for those in their senior years to build strength and balance through gentle exercises. It takes place at Gibson Memorial Hall in Manaia, Taranaki. The sessions help improve balance and stability for daily tasks, boost muscle strength to support joints and posture, and cut down the risk of falls and injuries.It's designed for people with limited mobility who use walking aids, as well as those with reasonable mobility who walk without help. You'll also get chances to chat and connect with others in the community. These evidence-based exercises follow guidelines for fall prevention and fit different needs, so you can join at your own pace.
