💃 Upright & Active is a lively 60-minute class designed for those who enjoy moving to music and can remain on their feet for most of the session. Perfect for improving cardio fitness, strength, and balance in a supportive, fun atmosphere.
This class is suitable for older adults with reasonable to good mobility who feel comfortable with physical activity. Chairs are available for balance activities if needed, and all equipment including resistance bands is provided.
