Description of Tai Chi Tahi - Traditional Tai Chi Class

For those that have done Tai Chi before, this class uses Dr Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Warm up and Cool down and the Yang 24 short Form as well as other traditional Tai Chi Forms.

Why try Tai Chi Tahi?

  • Improves balance and reduces fall risk

  • Enhances flexibility and joint mobility

  • Reduces stress and promotes mental clarity

  • Gentle on the body while improving strength

  • Suitable for adults of various fitness levels

  • We have fun and are lovely people.

"Tahi" means One, as in moving as one or in unity.

Each session flows at a comfortable pace, allowing you to connect with your body and develop greater awareness of movement.

No special equipment is needed—just wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement and flat, supportive footwear. 👟

Whether you're seeking to improve your balance, manage stress, or simply add more mindful movement to your routine, Tai Chi Tahi offers a welcoming space to grow your practice.
