  • Wednesdays 9am - Beginner-friendly session
  • Wednesdays 10am - For experienced practitioners
  • Fridays 2pm - Qi Gong practice

  • $10 entry fee
  • Suitable for all fitness levels - accessible for those with limited mobility through to good fitness
  • Located at 9 Tarewa Place, Rotorua with plenty of free parking
