Taekwondo Manawatu Adult Training

Get Involved: Adults Taekwondo Training

Turn up ready to train in a focused taekwon-do session designed for adults and youth aged 13 and over. The class begins with a structured warm-up, then moves into technique drills covering kicks, strikes, blocks and stances. Participants practise patterns, work on controlled sparring and finish with strength and conditioning exercises.

This session runs weekly every Monday evening and suits those already training with the club who want consistent skill development in a supportive group setting. Members refine their form, build fitness and progress through belt levels alongside others at similar stages.

• Drill core taekwon-do techniques with clear coaching feedback
• Run through patterns to improve balance and precision
• Practise controlled sparring in a safe environment
• Build strength and flexibility through targeted exercises
• Train alongside others working toward grading goals
• Finish each session with a cool-down and review

🥋 The emphasis stays on steady improvement rather than competition pressure, making it ideal for those balancing training with work and family life.
