Small class sizes mean instructors can address individual needs, helping with specific aches and pains while ensuring proper technique. This personalised approach creates a supportive environment where participants can progress at their own pace.
Research shows regular physical activity for seniors can:
- Improve balance and reduce fall risk
- Maintain joint mobility and flexibility
- Enhance cardiovascular health
- Boost mood and cognitive function
- Increase strength for everyday activities
The option to participate seated or standing makes this programme accessible regardless of mobility level, with opportunities to increase challenge as confidence and fitness improve.
