💪 Strong & Stable is a friendly all-levels strength and balance class at St John's Hall in Huntly. With both seated and standing exercise options, this class improves mobility and overall wellbeing.
This 45-minute class uses weights, noodles, bands and balls for variety and fun. Perfect for those with limited mobility or reasonable fitness levels. Join us for exercise and stay for a cuppa afterwards!
