💪 Join Rebecca Andrews for our Level 2 Strong & Stable fitness class at Forest Lake Gardens, Hamilton. This 45-minute session focuses on strength and balance while incorporating cardio and flexibility exercises for overall fitness.
This class offers:
- Options to sit or stand throughout the session
- Chair support available for standing balance exercises
- Exercises to music emphasizing coordination and mobility
