Description of Strong & Stable Balance Class | Chartwell Scout Hall

💪 Join our friendly Strong & Stable fitness class at Chartwell Scout Hall. This 45-minute strength and balance session is perfect for older adults wanting to improve mobility in a supportive environment. Suitable for reasonable to good mobility levels.

Your instructor Janell brings personal training expertise to this community class where you'll use chairs for support, exercise balls, and resistance bands while enjoying motivating music. The first class is FREE, then just $5 per session!

  • What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes and snug-fitting sneakers or lace-up shoes
  • When to arrive: A few minutes early for your first session to complete registration
  • Support level: Exercises can be done sitting or standing with chair support available
