💪 Morningside Strength & Balance - A specially designed fitness class for older adults keen to maintain and enhance their physical wellbeing through fun, revitalizing exercises focused on improving strength and stability.

Each session focuses on functional movements that translate to real-life activities—getting up from chairs, reaching for items, and maintaining balance while moving. Our experienced instructor Mandi creates a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere where everyone works at their own pace.

No special equipment or prior experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear. You'll leave each session feeling more stable, stronger, and energized for your day-to-day activities.
