💪 Get Fit - Improve your strength and balance in a fun, welcoming environment through circuit-style exercises. Most of the hour is spent on your feet.

⚠️ Please note: This class is currently full. Contact Vivienne before attending to check for space availability.

This class is suitable for those with reasonable to good mobility who can move around without difficulty and have average to good strength, balance and fitness levels.
