💪 Fit & Fabulous is a versatile fitness class that combines strength and balance exercises with cardio and flexibility training. Perfect for older Kiwis of varying fitness levels, this 60-minute class often runs as a circuit, allowing you to adjust the challenge to suit your abilities.
Based at the Kawhia Community Hall, this class welcomes those aged 65+ (or 55+ for Māori and Pasifika) who want to maintain their health and independence. You'll experience a supportive environment with options to modify exercises as needed.

- What to wear: Comfortable clothing and secure footwear
- First visit: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a chat with the instructor
