🧘♀️ Steady As You Go is a specialised exercise class designed to help older people reduce their likelihood of having a fall. Join instructor Amanda Pearson for simple activities that are either seated in a chair, standing, or walking to improve your balance, flexibility, and strength.
This class is ideal for people with limited mobility, those who use walking aids, or anyone who feels unsure about physical activities.
