🧓 Steady As You Go© is a community-based falls prevention programme for older adults at Thames Valley Hockey Pavilion. These gentle exercises improve strength, balance, and mobility in a supportive environment.
Suitable for people with limited mobility, including those using walking aids or feeling unsure about physical activities. Classes use an instructional CD to guide participants through seated and standing exercises.
