🌟 Improve your strength, balance, and mobility with Steady As You Go© - a community-based falls prevention programme offered by Age Concern. This gentle exercise class is perfect for older adults with limited mobility or those who feel unsure about physical activities.

Class Details:

  • Suitable for varying mobility levels - includes both seated and standing exercises
  • Guided activities via instructional CD in a supportive environment
  • Duration: 45 minutes

Who can join: Anyone aged 65+ (or 55+ for Māori and Pasifika), or those at increased risk of falling who can safely participate.
