🧠 Steady As You Go is an exercise class designed to help older people reduce their likelihood of having a fall. Join Amanda Pearson for simple activities that are performed seated in a chair, standing, and walking to improve your balance, flexibility and strength.
Class Schedule:
- Monday: 11:00am and 1:30pm
- Tuesday: 11:00am
- Wednesday: 1:00pm
- Thursday: 1:30pm
