Steady as You Go Balance Class in Rongotea

If you're new to exercise classes, the Steady as You Go balance class is a good place to start. It's designed for the older community, especially those with limited mobility or who use walking aids. This peer-led fitness program helps improve balance, leg strength, flexibility, and general fitness through gentle seated, standing, and walking exercises.
