🧘♀️ Steady As You Go is a community-based, peer-led fitness class designed to improve balance, leg strength, flexibility, and general fitness for those with limited mobility. Join us for gentle seated, standing and walking exercises with slow, steady movements in a supportive environment.
This class is perfect if you use a walking aid, have reduced strength or balance, or feel unsure about physical activities.
