🧘‍♀️ Steady as You Go is a community-based, peer-led class designed to improve your balance, strengthen your legs, enhance flexibility, and boost general fitness. With gentle seated, standing, and walking exercises featuring slow and steady movements, this class is perfect for those with limited mobility or who use walking aids.

Join us at Square Edge Level 1 in Palmerston North Central for this supportive and friendly fitness session. Each class costs just $2.
