Steady As You Go Balance Classes for Older Adults
Age Concern ‘Steady As You Go’ exercise classes are available around the Wellington region. These classes are designed to improve strength and balance and help prevent a fall.
Steady as You Go classes improve:

And they are a great way to meet new people.
Classes consist of a combination of sitting, standing and walking exercises, and take around an hour. They are ideal for complete beginners, are ongoing and you can find out how you’ve improved over your first 10 weeks.
