πͺ Sit2Fit is a friendly, supportive exercise class suitable for older adults and anyone seeking gentle movement options. This inclusive class provides both sitting and standing exercise variations in a safe, fun environment.
Led by instructor Robyn Alderson, Sit2Fit welcomes participants with limited mobility as well as those with reasonable fitness levels. All exercises can be modified to suit your individual needs and abilities. πͺ
