Sit Fit is a gentle, chair-based workout designed for those with limited mobility. Two-thirds of this comprehensive session takes place seated, incorporating breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening exercises, mobility work and aerobic movements. The class also includes a standing segment focused on balance and active strengthening. πͺ πͺ β¨
Led by instructor Kathy Gross, this $8 class at the Picton Centre (120 Picton Street, Howick) is perfect for older adults or those beginning their fitness journey after surgery, injury, or illness.
