Description of Sit & Be Fit: Chair Exercise Class at Freeman Court

🪑 This fun, mostly seated class offers gentle exercise with standing balance work (using chair support). Perfect for people with limited mobility, though more able participants are also catered for. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere with instructor Karen Phillips in Te Awamutu.

Location: Freeman Court, 387 Roche Street, Te Awamutu

Cost: Free for residents, $2 for non-residents

Class Length: 40 minutes (No classes on public holidays or during Christmas/New Year)

What to Bring: Comfortable clothes (track pants, shorts, tights), supportive shoes or sneakers

Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class

After Class: Stay for a cuppa and biscuits!
