🪑 Sit & Be Fit is a supportive community strength and balance class in Kawhia, perfect for those with limited mobility or new to exercise. This 45-minute session is primarily seated with some standing balance work, with chairs always available for support.
This slower-paced class offers:
- Seated strength exercises with standing modifications
- Supportive environment for those with mobility challenges
- Fun, effective workouts led by experienced instructor Lorraine
- Community-focused atmosphere at Kawhia Community Hall
- Entry by koha (donation)
No classes on public holidays or during Christmas/New Year period. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first session to meet the instructor.
