Celebrate the Silver Festival with a relaxed morning of creativity, conversation and connection at Reyburn House Art Studio. Join us for Cuppa Tea, Paper Quilling & Crafts on Thursday 1 October 2026, from 11.00am to 1.00pm, at the Town Basin in Whangārei.

Come along to try paper quilling, enjoy a cuppa, or bring your knitting or crocheting to work on while you chat. Whether you want to learn something new, share a skill, or spend time with others, there is a place for you at the table. Browse the pop up stall and find inspiration for your next creative project.

Hosted by Ōtuihau Māori Women’s Welfare League and the Knitters and Natterers Group, this gathering is a chance to celebrate age, stay engaged and make new connections in a welcoming community space. Bring a friend, bring your current craft project, or just bring yourself. A $5 koha is appreciated. We look forward to sharing a cuppa and creating alongside you!
