Description of Body Balance Class at McKay Stadium | Level 3 Fitness

🧘‍♀️ Body Balance is a moderate intensity class combining Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates that will improve your mind and body, leaving you feeling calm and centered.

This 55-minute workout enhances both physical and mental wellbeing through a series of controlled movements and poses. Participants must be able to get on and off the floor as the routine includes floor work targeting core, legs and hips.

Our qualified Les Mills instructors guide you through standing balance poses to build strength, finishing with breathing and meditation exercises for complete rejuvenation.
