Description of Seniors' Gentle Exercise Class | Anglican Hall Otorohanga

🌿 Join our Gentle Exercise class at Anglican Hall, designed specifically for older adults seeking to improve overall fitness, strength and balance. This supportive 60-minute class offers both Level 1 and Level 2 options, making it perfect for those with limited mobility and those with reasonable fitness levels.

Class Details:

  • Suitable for adults 65+ (or 55+ for Māori and Pasifika)
  • Adaptable exercises for various mobility levels
  • Held at Anglican Hall, 54 Haerehuka Street, Otorohanga
  • Only $3 per session
  • No classes on public holidays or during Christmas/New Year break

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing (track pants, shorts, tights)
  • Supportive footwear (lace-up shoes or snug-fitting trainers)
  • Water bottle recommended
