🩰 Discover your inner ballerina with Senior Swans! This enjoyable ballet-based dance class for seniors aims to improve strength, balance and mobility. No previous dance experience required. Suitable for those with reasonable to good mobility who feel comfortable with physical activities.

Cost: $15 per class

Location: Omokoroa Old Pavilion, 28 Western Avenue, Ōmokoroa

What to bring: Comfortable clothing for movement, water bottle. Ballet/dance shoes optional.

Classes progress through a term, but newcomers are always welcome to join at any point. You'll be part of a supportive community where everyone works at their own pace.
