đź’Ş Join our Senior Strength and Balance classes at Te Puru Community Centre in Beachlands. This small, personal class of up to 6 people offers a fun range of gentle exercises to music that can be done seated or standing.
Our programme is specially designed to:
- Improve balance and coordination
- Increase strength for everyday activities
- Enhance mobility and energy levels
Suitable for those with limited mobility as well as those with reasonable mobility who can walk without assistance.
