💪 Join our FREE Strength and Balance for Seniors classes at Flaxmere Community Centre, designed specifically for older adults looking to improve stability and prevent falls.
This programme features choreographed routines that gradually increase in intensity and complexity, focusing on strengthening core muscles and improving leg strength. Suitable for those with limited to reasonable mobility.

Open to anyone aged 65+ (55+ for Māori and Pasifika) or anyone at increased fall risk who can safely participate.
