Description of Senior Strength & Balance Classes - Beachlands

🧘‍♀️ Fit 50+ Senior Strength and Balance offers a small, personal class experience limited to just 6 participants. Enjoy a fun range of gentle exercises set to music that you can do either seated or standing. Our program is specifically designed to improve balance, strength and coordination, helping increase your energy and mobility for everyday activities.

  • Difficulty: Suitable for Level 1 (limited mobility) and Level 2 (reasonable mobility)
  • Instructor: Lynne
