Be Strong, Be Fit & Be Stable is a 45-minute class perfect for reasonably active seniors looking to improve strength, balance and general fitness in a supportive environment. Make new friends while exercising at Sovereign Isles Lane Hall in Rototuna, Hamilton. πŸ’ͺ πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

This welcoming class incorporates standing exercises with some seated options. Equipment is provided, and your first session is free! The regular fee is just $4 per class.

  • Instructor: Jenny Tulloch, experienced personal trainer
  • Suitable for: Anyone 65+ (or 55+ for Māori and Pasifika)
