Connecting Seniors in Auckland's North Shore Community 🤝 👵 👴

CMA sessions offer more than just activities—they provide valuable social connections for seniors who may experience isolation. These weekly gatherings create a supportive environment where participants can engage in gentle activities appropriate for those with mobility considerations.

The Presbyterian Church Hall venue in Mairangi Bay provides an accessible, comfortable setting for our Monday meetups. With transport options available, we aim to remove barriers that might prevent seniors from participating in community activities.

What makes our CMA sessions special:

  • Inclusive atmosphere: Activities designed for those with limited mobility
  • Social engagement: Regular weekly schedule helps build lasting friendships
  • Complete experience: The $10 fee includes a nutritious lunch
  • Convenience: Transport options available for those who need assistance getting to and from the venue

Regular social interaction has been shown to improve mental wellbeing among seniors, while our gentle activities help maintain physical capabilities. Our CMA sessions focus on creating a sense of belonging and purpose for Auckland's North Shore seniors.

Join our welcoming community of seniors each Monday and experience the benefits of regular social connection in a supportive environment. Whether you're new to the area or looking to expand your social circle, North Shore CMA provides the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people in your community.
