🧓 Angie's Senior Shape Up is a fun, social workout with both seated & standing options. Perfect for improving balance, strength, and overall fitness in a friendly environment. Suitable for those with limited mobility or reasonable mobility (Levels 1-2).
Led by Angela Baker, this total body workout uses chairs, stretch bands, balls, and dumbbells. Each session focuses on:
- Joint mobility and functionality
- Balance and coordination
- Core strength and muscle building
- Brain games and mental stimulation
💪 Exercise at your own pace in a supportive atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to feel empowered about what they can achieve.

🍵 Join us for coffee after class - the social component is almost as important as the exercise!
Who can join: Open to anyone 65+ (55+ for Māori and Pasifika), or those at increased risk of falling who can safely participate. Non-residents welcome!
What to wear: Comfortable clothes like track pants, shorts or tights with t-shirts. Wear secure footwear such as lace-up shoes or sneakers.
