Senior Mobility Class at A.C. Baths Taupō - Masters Lite

This gentle mobility class offers a relaxed way for active seniors to build strength and flexibility. It takes place at 26 A.C. Baths Avenue in Tauhara, Taupō. You'll enjoy a supportive and friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. The class uses chairs for balance, making it just right for those with limited mobility, or who use walking aids, or feel unsure about physical activity.
