💪 Mature and Motivated is a fitness class designed specifically for adults 60+ or those returning to exercise after a break. This low-impact workout focuses on improving heart health, strength, and balance in a supportive, social environment.

Join us at the Selwyn Sports Centre for this enjoyable class suitable for those with reasonable to good mobility. You'll benefit from:

  • Low-impact exercises that are gentle on joints
  • Strength training to maintain muscle mass
