💪 Mature and Motivated is a specially designed fitness class for those aged 60+ or anyone returning to exercise after a break. This heart-healthy, low-impact workout focuses on improving strength and balance in a fun, social environment.
This class is suitable for people with reasonable to good mobility who:
- Can walk without assistance
- Have average to good strength and balance
- Feel comfortable participating in physical activities
Location: Darfield Community and Recreation Centre, 65 North Terrace, Darfield
