๐ Academyd Danzit Seniors is a lively, 45-minute exercise class specifically designed for older adults. This fun, music-based session combines seated and standing movements to improve fitness, balance, and social wellbeing.
Perfect for those with limited mobility or reasonable mobility, all exercises offer options to suit your ability level. The routines are repetitive and easy to learn, great for memory and coordination.
- Cost: $3 per class
- Location: Co-op Parish Church Hall, 2 MacKay Street, Paeroa
- Eligibility: Open to anyone 65+ (or 55+ for Mฤori and Pasifika), or anyone at increased risk of falling who can safely participate
- What to bring: Comfortable clothes (track pants, shorts), supportive footwear
