Led by trained Peer Leaders under the guidance of Margaret Dando QSM, these weekly one-hour sessions include seated, standing, and walking exercises designed specifically for those with limited mobility or who feel unsure about physical activities.

Bring flat shoes, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. You're welcome to take rest breaks whenever needed during the session.
