Yoga Classes – Ancient Wisdom for Modern Living

This yoga class offers a blend of postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Through these practices, you’ll gain new insights and techniques to enhance your well-being, bringing vitality and new possibilities to your life.

What to expect

Yoga benefits you not only physically—by improving mobility, ease, strength, and balance—but also holistically, promoting overall health and well-being. Yoga Nidra provides a deep relaxation that refreshes your body, mind, and emotions, giving you an extra boost of energy.

These classes can also help enhance focus, concentration, and creativity. They are suitable for all ages, levels of fitness, and experience.

Thomas trained at the Bihar School of Yoga, the world’s first Yoga University. He teaches in a supportive manner, allowing students to practice within their comfort and capacity. He has taught workshops in New Zealand, Australia, the USA, Switzerland, and Germany.
